cPanel’s product-version documentation lists cPanel & WHM 134 as a Long-Term Support (LTS) version, with an approximate release in January 2026 and end of life in June 2027. cPanel describes LTS releases as a way for hosting providers to stay on a supported branch for longer.
What customers should know
A cPanel version number is the control-panel software version. It is separate from your website’s WordPress and PHP versions. Your hosting provider manages cPanel & WHM updates on the server, and the release tier affects when a server receives a build. cPanel says RELEASE, STABLE, and LTS tiers can apply a delay of several business days before an automatic upgrade.
What you can do
- Use cPanel normally; do not try to install or change the server’s cPanel release yourself.
- If a feature described in new release notes is missing, ask your provider which cPanel version and release tier serve your account.
- For a problem, include the affected domain, the steps you took, and any visible cPanel error. Avoid sending passwords in an ordinary support request.
LTS describes the cPanel product branch. It does not itself confirm the PHP, operating-system, or application patch state on a particular account.
